Available formats
We offer a selection of boxes including a wide variety of beef cuts, as well as individual products that you can add to your order according to your preferences.
The minimum order amount is $500.
Do you have a specific request? If you would like to slightly modify the contents of a format (for example, less ground beef or more of a different cut), please contact us. We will gladly assess the possibilities based on our availability.

Delivery
Delivery time varies depending on product availability, the date of the next shipment, and your location.
Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time. We also encourage you to check the "Next Delivery Period" section for scheduled delivery dates in your area.
To ensure proper receipt of the products, all deliveries must be hand-delivered.
A person must therefore be present at the address given at the agreed time.
We currently serve the following areas:

• Abitibi • The Laurentians
• Quebec City and its surroundings
For delivery outside these areas, please contact us to check the possibilities.

At Écobœuf, we are committed to utilizing the entire animal to minimize food waste and reduce our environmental footprint. That's why our packaging is designed to offer a balance between different cuts. Depending on availability, however, we can be somewhat flexible when we have more inventory.
