Due to the perishable nature of our food products, Écobœuf does not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered. Upon hand delivery, we ensure that the packaging is in good condition. After receipt, the products must be handled with care and stored properly in the freezer to preserve the vacuum-sealed packaging. If any problem is observed upon delivery , we ask the customer to inform us immediately so that we can assess the situation.
